We hate them as much as you do, so we try very hard to maintain adequate stock on all items. Currently, we ship an average of 95% of all items ordered with the initial order, and over 90% of orders themselves are shipped complete.
With many natural and seasonal products and over 500 suppliers worldwide, a glitch will pop up now and then. However, we work hard to get items in as soon as possible and we ship them out within 24 hours of receipt. You may cancel a backorder at any time.
Catalog 28 is almost ready to mail (last week of Feb 2011). Send $5.00 by mail, or order online , and pay by credit card. If you order a catalog with your first order (online or otherwise), the catalog is free (the price shown online will be credited at the time your order is processed)!

We accept VISA, MasterCard & Discover. Please include your phone number, card number, expiration date, name of issuing bank and don't forget your signature on mail orders. Don't forget that you must include your phone number with all orders!
ONLINE ORDER NOTE: If your billing (home) and shipping address are different, you need to indicate which of the addresses (or another) is associated with the credit card. Without this information, your order will be delayed until we can contact you to get it, as it is required by the credit card companies for authorization. There is a field provided for this information where you get to indicate 'special ordering instructions'.
Dealer catalogs and pricing is offered ONLY to those officially engaged in the business of reselling items offered by CCTP. To protect the integrity of our dealer network, we require that a Dealer Application be completed prior to our sending the dealer catalog and your first order. Minimum initial order is $250; minimum annual purchase requirement is $1,000.

For persons who produce craft work for resale, a 10% discount is available on craft supplies only. This must be applied for in advance, in writing or complete this form online, specifying the crafts you produce and how you market them. Minimum order is $150.

Dance teams, Scout groups, clubs, schools, etc. that qualify as a Group or Non-Profit Organization may request our 10% Group Discount Form, or complete this form online. When you select a premium shipping method, we will do our best to give the order priority. However, it still takes us 24-48 hours to process an order. You are paying for shorter delivery times. Orders placed Monday through Thursday typically ship the next day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday typically ship on Monday. Please plan accordingly when selecting a premium shipping method.

Please note that our Crazy Crow is closed on the following holidays to give our staff a break and some quality time with their families. We are also closed the last three days of the year to take inventory, but that ain't no break!
Credit card payment is best, but you may include payment in US Dollars. We cannot ship COD orders outside the US. We offer special discount rates for UPS of 20% to 45% to most countries, which includes customs brokerage fees. Please include an additional 20% for shipping. Any excess funds will be refunded or credited to your account.
CANADA has a $29 brokerage fee for all orders over $13. This fee is included in the PS-Express option; however, the shipping fee is more expensive.
No Shipping Method Will Display when ordering online: Due to unpredictable variables, at the point in our online order process that a shipping method should be selected, only one option appears that simply states that you will be advised of the best method and the cost. Go ahead and place your order online, and we will email you the best method & cost for approval before shipping & charging your credit card.

Mimimum Order: Due to the amount of paperwork involved with international shipping, we regret that we cannot process any order outside the US or Canada that is under $ 100 (merchandise total).
