Shopping by mail or the internet requires trust in the merchant - and we do our very best to earn your confidence on every order.

SHIPPING (CHARGES)

We pay postage/shipping on all US (lower 48 States) retail orders over $150 which are prepaid or paid by charge card (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover). Please include $7.95 extra on all orders under $150 for shipping, insurance & handling. spacer

Our standard is UPS Ground, with delivery in 1 to 5 days in the lower 48 states. If you prefer faster shipping, we also offer UPS Overnight, UPS 2-Day Service, and FedEx Ground Service at an additional charge. Your phone number must be included with the order.

Catalog 26Catalog 26 is almost ready to mail (February 2009). Send $5.00 by mail, or order online , and pay by credit card. If you order a catalog with your first order (online or otherwise), the catalog is free (the price shown online will be credited at the time your order is processed)!

Your selection of a premium shipping method does not guarantee a shipping date!

When you select a premium shipping method, we will do our best to give the order priority. However, it still takes us 24-48 hours to process an order. You are paying for shorter delivery times. Orders placed Monday through Thursday typically ship the next day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday typically ship on Monday. Please plan accordingly when selecting a premium shipping method.

Regardless of your selection, we will make the best choice if we feel it will get the shipment to you in the same time or sooner. Example: Your order is over $150, you are in our zone 3 shipping area and you select 3-Day UPS. If our 'standard ground service selection' at $7.95 is less, we will use this, as everyone within zone 3 receives shipments within 3 days, even without this more expensive option.

  • EXCEPT for US orders qualifying for Free Shipping or $7.95 standard ground shipping (48 states), amounts shown are an ESTIMATE.
  • These amounts are intended to help you choose between shipping methods, to provide a relatively good idea how much more one method is from another.
  • AMOUNTS ARE NOT EXACT and the actual amount after boxing your particular combination of products, may vary by 10-20%.
  • Regardless of the difference in the ESTIMATE and actual boxed shipping, you are responsible for the ACTUAL FINAL AMOUNT.
  • If the difference is 20% or more, we will call to advise you before shipping.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: Don't select a shipping method with a $0 amount as this indicates that it is not available to your address. If you believe this to be a mistake, please call us and we will look into it.

Important Notice: Due to excessive regulations by the US government, there is now a $55 export fee on any order containing wildlife products, including furs, hides, hair, tails, quills, stag and/or kits containing any of these items. In addition, the following items are now ILLEGAL to ship out the country: ermine, lynx, otter, hishi, conch, abalone, cowrie, dentalium, and coral. We deeply regret this inconvenience and blatant abuse of government power!

Online Package TrackingWe now provide online tracking of UPS and FedEx shipments. IF we have your email address on file, you will receive an email when we invoice and ship your order. This email will tell you:
