Mar 13 Eighth Annual Duck Creek Muzzleloader's Spring Fever Shoot
Location: NW of Elk City, KS
Directions: The new range is located Northwest of Elk City, Kansas. From the Elk City corner on Highway 160 go 2.1 miles North to the 1700 Road (at the Kim-Mac sign), then North on 1700 Road 2.5 miles to Road 6200 (at the Kim-Mac sign), then East .2 miles to the first driveway on the North side of the road. Follow the drive to the range.
Event Detail: TRADERS & PUBLIC WELCOME, NO EXTRA FEE. Lunch will be available at "Jed's Eatin' Place". Come and enjoy the vittles. 10 am until 3 pm Bring your own shootin' iron and ammo. HAM SHOOTS: Blackpowder Rifle only, $2 entry. BACON/NOVELTY SHOOTS: $1 entry fee per five-shot rounds , five shooters per round, winner each round, . (22 rf , shotgun , & blackpowder). RIFLES&PISTOLS: Open Metallic sights only. MUZZLELOADER: round, patched ball. Bring yer cap 'n ball revolvers, too! PIE SHOOT: $1 Donation, closest to BB wins. DCML's rules are posted and apply. Range Master rulings are final. All pets MUST be on a leash, parents are responsible for their children at all times!

Location: 2900 Lake Street, Kalamazoo MI, I-94, Exit 80, North
Event Detail: Sponsored by Yankee Doodles Muzzle Loaders, Inc., this is the largest, nationally recognized, juried show in the Midwest devoted to pre-1890 original or reproduction living history supplies, accouterments and related crafts. More than 10,000 historical re-enactors from pre-Revolutionary through the Civil War, history buffs, collectors, and the general public from 18 states and Canada come together for a festive weekend to buy, sell and trade. The event attracts over 270 of the finest craftsman and dealers of living history supplies and related crafts from throughout the United States.
Anyone attending the show in pre-1890 style clothing will be eligible for a drawing on a historically accurate Witney Point Blanket each day
