2019 Idaho Free Trappers Backwoods Rendezvous
The 37th Annual Idaho Free Trappers Backwoods Rendezvous on June 13-16, 2019 at The Kennedy Ranch in Cascade, Idaho offers both primitive camps as well as a separate area for those who use campers and other modern conveniences. The modern area will be placed in such a manor as to not detract from the primitive encampment’s ambiance. This is an event that is scheduled to run 4 days, over the Fathers Day Weekend, from Thursday thru Sunday. However, there will be members who will arrive at the Idaho Free Trappers Backwoods Rendezvous site the weekend prior, to begin setting up in advance of the actual event. There will be a clean-up the day after the conclusion of the Rendezvous and would appreciate any help with this as well. Council fire activities will be held Friday and Saturday evening of the Rendezvous, with a potluck on Saturday night. Competitor’s Prizing and the Raffle Drawing will be held on Sunday after prizing.
