2019 Regency Rally: An 1803 Muster and Social
Join us for Regency Rally: An 1803 Muster and Social on April 13, 2019 at the Heritage Village Museum in Sharonville, Ohio. Before the war of 1812, militia musters were not just for drilling—they were social opportunities for men and women alike. Linigle’s Company of Ohio Militia will join Heritage Village Museum for an 1803 event that will include drilling, civilian demonstrations, and hands-on activities. Come and celebrate the year Ohio became a state!
Heritage Village Museum, home of Regency Rally: An 1803 Muster and Social
Discover what life was like in the early 1800s, an exciting time when Ohio was a brand new state! Linigle’s Company of Ohio Militia Reenactors will be on hand for drilling and civilian demonstrations. Witness a reenactment of a duel between officers. Learn about popular clothing during the time of Jane Austen at the Regency fashion show. Play games on the green. Watch a military style hearth cooking demonstration. Sip tea while learning about Regency era tea customs. Children will enjoy drilling with the troops using wooden muskets and other fun hands-on activities. Admission is $10. Museum members, active and retired military (with military ID), and children ages 4 and under are free.

Directions & Parking
Heritage Village Museum is inside Sharon Woods Park (although the village is not part of the park). The park may charge a parking fee to visitors without a Great Parks sticker. The one-day parking rate is $3 for Hamilton County residents and $5 for non-residents.

Camping or Facility Information
Contact the village for re-enactor preregistration fees and camping availability. There are no public campgrounds at the site.
Tour Heritage Village Museum
See living history scenarios in our 19th-century buildings, and participate in hands-on activities. There is ample parking, concession stand will be available, all historic houses will be open.
About Heritage Village
Heritage Village Museum is a living history museum depicting life in Southwestern Ohio through-out the 19th Century. Homes, out-buildings and equipment on the museum grounds were moved here from other locations in the region to be preserved and aid in telling the story of our recent past. Interpreters at the museum provide the facts and stories that bring the Village to life with nostalgic glances of days gone by.
