Pendleton Blanket - Spirit Guide
Spirit Guide is an archival Pendleton design from the 1920s or 1930s, and is a beautiful example of a Center Point pattern-one that contains a central design element that falls within a band through the center of the blanket. This central diamond may be an abstract representation of the eye of the shaman or medicine man. These blankets are the size preferred by Native Americans for ceremonial purposes and wrapping around oneself as a robe. They are impressive as wall hangings and practical when folded on a sofa or at the foot of a bed. Felt bound, 82% pure virgin wool/18% cotton. Dry clean. Made in USA. Unnapped. 64" x 80"
