By popular demand\, we continue this event for our winter-loving reenactors and friends to gather at the Seven Eagles Historical Education Center. Enjoy a winter weekend get-away in a beautiful setting at the Seven Eagles Winter Rendezvous! \nSeven Eagles Winter Rendezvous activities include: Black powder shoot\, hawk & knife throwing\, and ice fishing on pond if the ice is good. \nPublic welcome to walk through. \nCamping\nCamp fee $20.00\nSetup after 10 a.m. Friday \nSet up your camp outside… or bring your bedding and sleep inside the Catfish Inn\, Woodland Indian longhouse or French trapper’s cabin. (Please call or email in advance\, inside space is limited). Set up anytime Friday. The Center is an ideal outdoor living history site with its 40 acres of Black Swamp woods\, two-acre pond and open meadows. The Center boasts the only site to have a recreated 50’ Woodland Indian longhouse and 20’ wigwam\, a Scottish Tavern\, Trappers Lodge\, Blacksmith Shop\, 213 year-old Pioneer Log house\, Trading Post and Marlow Education Hall in northwest Ohio.
