That day\, Conestoga College’s Aboriginal Services will welcome hundreds of participants and thousands of visitors to their event that honors Aboriginal culture in a full-day celebration that features drumming\, singing\, dancing\, artisans\, traditional food and a sacred fire. \n[embedyt]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HO4no7qM84U&t=63s&width=650&height=400[/embedyt] \nConestoga College Pow Wow\nThe Conestoga College Pow Wow is the first of the season in this region of Ontario; others will take place throughout the province almost every weekend during the spring\, summer and fall. The Conestoga College Pow Wow is a marriage of celebration and ceremony that invites the college\, the community and other nations to gather together and build relationships\, maintain partnerships and preserve the culture. \nThe event beings at 10:00 a.m. Saturday morning\, with the Grand Entry taking place around noon and the closing ceremonies at 5 o’clock that evening. General Admission is $5\, unless you are a child or student.
