Doors open at 10:00 am both days and the event goes until 7:00 pm. There is a Grand Entry of dancers at 12:00 noon each day. Music performances by Spirit Wing and dance exhibitions happen throughout the day. Shop at the incredible Native American craft vendorsl. Indian Fry Bread\, Fry Bread Tacos and Wojapi will be prepared by Circle Legacy Center. There will also be great events for kids\, including story telling and fun Native American games. A silent auction will benefit the Circle Legacy Center. \n\nCircle Legacy Center Powwow on Manatawny Creek\nAdmission Free – Donations Appreciated\nWe will not require an admission fee but will instead ask that you make a donation toward the PowWow. We are going to attempt to raise the funds we need to keep bringing this event to Pottstown through various fund raising activities and all we ask is that you give what you can and enjoy the celebration. \nThe Circle Legacy Center Powwow on Manatawny Creek happens rain or shine\, and is wheelchair accessible. The free event will include traditional Native American drum music\, songs\, dances and foods\, as well as Native American vendors showcasing and selling their authentic arts and crafts. \n\nPenn State Powwow\nThe Penn State Powwow will run from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Both days begin with a grand entry at noon followed by a dance to honor any veterans in attendance. DESCRIPTION:Join us for theVosburg Neck Festival and Pow Wow on May 6-7\, 2017 at Endless Mountains Nature Center in Tunkhannock\, Pennslyvania. The Vosburg Neck Festival and Pow Wow will be full of recreational activities such as kayaking\, canoeing\, biking\, naturalist guided hikes\, yoga\, and camping. There will be a number of interesting presenters in many locations around the property. Craft and food vendors. Music and more! \nA traditional Pow Wow will also be held featuring Native Americans representing various nations in full regalia\, with drumming\, dancing\, story telling\, handmade crafts\, social dances\, childrens candy dance and a teaching museum. Pow Wow dancing will begin with a Grand Entry at noon each day\, with intertribal dancing\, public friendship dances\, and a candy dance for the children. \nWe will have many vendors selling art\, crafts\, jewlery\, essential oils\, clothes\, and food. There will be music performers both days.
