All are welcome at the 14th Annual Dancing in the Square Powwow on September 27, 2019 at Pioneer Courthouse Square in downtown Portland, Oregon. The Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board presents this annual American Indian Day Celebratio. The Dancing in the Square Powwow features vendors, educational booths, food, entertainment and more! The event will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., wth the Grand Entry at 3:30 p.m. The event will draw a diverse background of Native people who reside in urban and reservation communities from across Oregon and SW Washington with the Portland area home to a rapidly growing native population. The Celebration also serve as a native social networking opportunity to promote Native cultural pride, provide resource education, allow for arts & craft entrepreneurship sales, and to highlight community organizational partnerships.<\/p>\n
