MINIMUM ORDER

Due to the amount of paperwork involved with international shipping, we regret that we cannot process any order outside the US that is under $ 200 (merchandise total). Note: This minimum DOES apply to Canada and Mexico, sorry.

Restricted Countries

Due to the number of fraudulent Internet Orders received from countries in Africa, we regret that we can only ship merchandise there on a prepaid basis (wire transfer or US Money Order).

Shipping Costs

Shipping on international orders is billed at our cost, there are no special handling fees. We offer many different shipping methods for your convenience, allowing you to choose the method that fits your budget and time constraints.

Export Restrictions

Most of our products can be sent internationally. If in doubt about certain items, view our list of prohibited export products. While we do know what we can export, we have no way of knowing what is legal for you to import into your country, and we reserve the right to remove items from your order which are illegal to export. It is your responsibility to contact your local customs / postal official to determine which products can be legally imported. We are not responsible for any importation fees and/or confiscated items.

Customs/Import Duties & Taxes

Your country may have import duties or taxes that are due on your order when you receive it. We have no way of knowing what the cost will be, and you are responsible for these fees. If this is a concern, please check with your local customs / postal official before ordering. We are required by law to include a commercial invoice with all international shipments, and we cannot reduce the dollar value on your invoice or mark your package as ‘gift’.

Backorders

As with the initial shipment, any international backorder is shipped at our cost. Since that cost may be out of proportion to the value of the remaining items, we will never send a backorder to you without your permission.

Shipping Options

If you do not specify a shipping option, we ship by FedEx International Economy class.
When selecting your shipping method, be sure to review the expected delivery time.
Because the structure of the USPS has changed in several countries, we recommend using either FedEx or UPS. We realize that the USPS is the only option available for some areas, so if you must use the postal service we recommend using Express Mail. We are not responsible for any packages or letters that are sent via USPS that are lost, damaged, or stolen.

Federal Express

We currently receive very competitive rates with FedEx, this is our default international shipping method. If you send us an order and do not specify your shipping preference, your order will be sent via Fed Ex International Economy. Dimension and weight restrictions apply.

FedEx International Economy: Delivery time for this service is 4 – 5 business days. It is the most economical method for average sized / weight packages. The cost of this service is approximately $1.00 per pound at this time.
FedEx International Priority: Delivery time for this service is 1 – 3 business days. This method is faster but more expensive.
FedEx International Freight: This service is used for packages which are 150 pounds or more, and is the most affordable FedEx method for heavy shipments. Delivery time is 4 – 5 business days.

United Parcel Service

Dimension and weight restrictions apply.

UPS Express: This is the fastest service from UPS, delivery time is 1 – 2 business days. Because of our discount with UPS this is actually cheaper in most cases than the next fastest method, UPS Expedited.
UPS Expedited: Delivery time for this service is 2 – 5 business days.
UPS Standard Canada: Designed for lower cost guaranteed delivery to Canada, delivery time is 4 – 7 business days.

United States Postal Service

Because the structure of the USPS has changed in several countries, we recommend using either FedEx or UPS. We realize that the USPS is the only option available for some areas, if you must use the postal service we recommend using Express Mail. We are not responsible for any packages or letters that are sent via USPS that are lost, damaged, or stolen. This is due to the number of lost packages and unpaid claims we have experienced with USPS in the past.

Parcel Post - AirMail: Delivery time for this service is anywhere from 1 – 4 weeks. This is the most affordable method to send a package via USPS, as we do not offer the surface mail option. This is an insured service; however if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen we will not be held responsible. After contacting us, your insured mailing receipt and invoice will be mailed to you.
Priority Mail: This service is used for small letter items such as cassettes, CD’s, or periodicals. Delivery time is generally within 5 – 7 business days. If you request this service and your order is too large or heavy, it will be sent via AirMail. Service is available in select countries. We are not responsible for loss or damage.
Express Mail: Delivery time for this service is 2 – 5 business days, and includes insurance. Service is available in select countries. If you select this service and it is not available in your country your package will be sent via AirMail. We are not responsible for loss or damage.
