2019 Fort Ligonier Living History Weekend
Join us for the Fort Ligonier Living History Weekend on August 31 – September 1, 2019 for activities and demonstrations that include 18th century cooking and musket firing. Meet the people of the 18th century including a British officer, a laundress and regimental tailor. Any time you visit Fort Ligonier, you journey back to the 18th century to a place where the flag of His Majesty King George still flies.
Fort Ligonier Living History Weekend
During your visit for Fort Ligonier Living History Weekend, you will discover the museum galleries, world-class exhibits and extensive archaeological collections and explore the impressive Fort, a full-scale, on-site restoration / reconstruction of the 1758 – 1766 original Fort Ligonier, situated on a commanding hilltop in the beautiful Laurel Highlands. Allow at least one hour for your visit, plus some extra time to visit our Museum Store which features a wide selection of books, gifts, and souvenirs.

Admission & Tours
Adult: $10.00
Child (age 6-16) $6.00
Child (age 5 and under) FREE
Senior Citizens and Students (ages 17-21) are $8.00.
Members of the Fort Ligonier Association, veterans and active members of the military are FREE.
Price includes admission to all galleries and exhibits in the museum and the fort area.
Tours are self-guided.
Prices for Group Tours and Programs vary and reservations must be made in advance by contacting the Education Department.
