2018 Seven Eagles Winter Rendezvous
Join us for the Seven Eagles Winter Rendezvous on February 23-25, 2018 at the Seven Eagles Historical Education Center in Grand Rapids, Ohio. By popular demand, we continue this event for our winter-loving reenactors and friends to gather at the Seven Eagles Historical Education Center. Enjoy a winter weekend get-away in a beautiful setting at the Seven Eagles Winter Rendezvous!
Seven Eagles Winter Rendezvous activities include: Black powder shoot, hawk & knife throwing, and ice fishing on pond if the ice is good.
Public welcome to walk through.
Camping
Camp fee $20.00
Setup after 10 a.m. Friday
Set up your camp outside… or bring your bedding and sleep inside the Catfish Inn, Woodland Indian longhouse or French trapper’s cabin. (Please call or email in advance, inside space is limited). Set up anytime Friday. Historical building tours available on request.

About Seven Eagles Historical Education Center
The Seven Eagles Historical Education Center is located at 16486 Wapakoneta Road, between the historic Victorian village of Grand Rapids in northwest Ohio, and north of Rt. 6. The Center is an ideal outdoor living history site with its 40 acres of Black Swamp woods, two-acre pond and open meadows. The Center boasts the only site to have a recreated 50’ Woodland Indian longhouse and 20’ wigwam, a Scottish Tavern, Trappers Lodge, Blacksmith Shop, 213 year-old Pioneer Log house, Trading Post and Marlow Education Hall in northwest Ohio. The Center’s facilities are open for school tours, scout events and festivals on an arranged basis.
