Follow the action from the symbolic first cannon shot fired at the Battle Monument to Mill Hill Park down Warren Street to Mill Hill Park.
At 11:30 AM, meet at the Battle of Trenton Monument at the top of Warren and Broad Streets, then follow the action from the downtown sidewalks as the Continentals and Hessians fight along the very streets where the battle took place.

About the Old Barracks
The Old Barracks was built in 1758 during the French and Indian War. In 1776, it was a witness to the turning point of the American Revolution, when George Washington and 2400 Patriots defeated British and Hessian soldiers at the Battle of Trenton. The Old Barracks was at the center of the Battles of Trenton, 1776, and was used by the British and Hessians. Later, it served as a military hospital and was the site of perhaps the world’s first large-scale smallpox inoculations. The Old Barracks is the second most visited historic site in New Jersey.
