About the Mass Center for Native American Awareness
Mass Center for Native American Awareness holds a number of pow-wows a year in different cities/towns in Massachusetts. The pow-wows serves as an opportunity for “cultural expression” for Native Americans who are dancers, artisans, storytellers and craftmakers. They all come together to exhibit their skills, and share their culture. The pow-wows are also an opportunity to bring awareness to the public about Native American traditions and culture and for the public to participate in our rich cultural heritage.
