Join the excitement at the 20th Annual Paradise Pow Wow on September 10-11, 2016 at the Paradise Intermediate School in Paradise, CA. The Paradise Pow Wow, first held in 1996, is a traditional inter-tribal non-competition pow wow. Our pow wow is fun and exciting for the whole community, as we strive to keep Native American traditions alive. This is a free event, open to the public. All Drums and Dancers are welcome
The Paradise Pow Wow committee works hard to educate the community on Native culture and tradition through Drum, Song and Dance. The pow wow consists of Native American vendors, food booths, and activities. During this two day gathering Native American artifacts and various handmade items and collections are on special display at the museum and open to the public to view and enjoy.
The Paradise Pow Wow benefits the Katie Marie Prosser Memorial Scholarship Fund for Native American students. For more information please click on the Scholarship link.
