All are welcome to the 40th Annual Puyallup Labor Day Powwow on August 30 – September 1, 2019 at the Chief Leshi Schools in Puyallup, Washington. Be here when the big tent on the grounds of Chief Leschi Schools ring with the joyful sounds of drumming and dancing over the Labor Day weekend for the Annual Puyallup Labor Day Powwow. For three days members of many different tribes will gather under the big tent to take part in this culturally important event.

Puyallup Labor Day Powwow

The annual Puyallup Labor Day Powwow is a celebration of Native American culture, arts and crafts, dancing, drumming and more. Festivities will begin with a grand entry celebration on Friday, an annual salmon bake on Saturday and more celebrations on Sunday. A variety of vendors will be on hand to set up shop around the field at Chief Leschi School, and sell handmade jewelry, clothing, crafts and more, along with food and beverages.

Drummers and dancers from near and far will be attending the celebration that features native culture and milestones made by the tribe.
