2019 Southeastern Native American Festival Winter Solstice Celebration
Join us for the annual Southeastern Native American Festival Winter Solstice Celebration on December 14-15, 2019 at the Mission San Luis in Tallahassee, Florida. On Saturday (10 am-8 pm) and Sunday (10 am-4 pm), experience two days of Southeastern Native American dancing, music, crafts, cultural demonstrations, storytelling, living history demonstrations, and more!

About Mission San Luis
Mission San Luis is the only reconstructed Spanish mission in Florida. In recognition of its historical significance, San Luis received designation as a National Historic Landmark in 1960. As a living history museum it is devoted to sharing the stories of its former Apalachee and Spanish residents. Knowledge of life at San Luis over three centuries ago comes from intensive archaeological and historical research—the site is the most thoroughly investigated mission in the southeastern United States.
