2019 Chehaw Native American Festival
Join us for the annual Chehaw Native American Festival on April 12-14, 2019 at Chehaw Park in Albany, Georgia. The Chehaw Native American Festival is one of Chehaw’s largest and most popular events. Immerse yourself into Native American culture as the Festival educates visitors on current culture through dance, music, demonstrations, and vendor booths showcasing and selling Native American crafts and jewelry throughout the Americas.
Gates to the Chehaw Native American Festival open at 9:30 a.m. each day. The event closes at 5 p.m. on Friday, 6 p.m. on Saturday, and 5 p.m. on Sunday. Festival admission includes both Park and Zoo admission, and is $12.85 for adults, $8.35 for children, and members will pay only $5. A two-day pass is available this year for $20 for adults and $12 for children.

Chehaw Native American Festival Demonstrations feature award winning musicians, Aztec dancers, stomp dancers, primitive technologies demonstrations, exciting hoop dancers, horseback riders, and much more! The Zoo will also have special feedings, programs, and demonstrations throughout the day both Saturday and Sunday. Guests will need to visit two days to experience everything this year’s Festival has to offer.
