2019 Silverhawk Native American Flute Gathering
The 15th Annual Silverhawk Native American Flute Gathering will be held October 19-20, 2019 at Withlacoochee River Park located at 12449 Withlacoochee Blvd, Dade City, Florida. The hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday. Dock Green Silverhawk, a long time resident of Plant City, will be hosting his annual “Silverhawk Native American Flute Gathering”. Come experience the hauntingly beautiful voice of the Native American style flute. Spend the weekend listening to the non-stop music of incredible flute players, singers, story tellers, and Sacred Thunder Drum. Be soothed by the magic of the Native American style flute in this hustle bustle world. There also will be and drum circle.
Silverhawk Native American Flute Gathering
As you listen, stroll through vendors and enjoy their arts and crafts that are for sale. There is something at the Silverhawk Native American Flute Gathering for everyone. We even have a massage booth to relax those tired and tense muscles. To satisfy your hunger need there will be Indian tacos, fry bread, buffalo burgers, hamburgers, hot dogs, kettle corn, homemade ice cream, drinks, to name a few.
Bring a folding chair or blanket to sit on. The Withlacoochee River Park sits in the middle of some of Florida’s beautiful wood lands.
Camping Available
You may want to spend the week end camping as you enjoy this very unique event. The Withlacoochee River Park is very big and there are camping options from primitive to RV camping with facilities. Motels are fifteen minutes away in Dade City. Stay Saturday evening and join in on the “Friendship Fire”.
The park sits along the beautiful Withlacoochee River which has trails. Also there is an authentic 1800s settlement with log cabins, little church, general store, and a school house.
The Silverhawk Native American Flute Gathering is a cultural event open to the public as well as a family event with no drugs or alcohol allowed.

Admission & parking: $2.00 per carload.
Vendor fee $65.
All Day Event: Saturday & Sunday 9:00 am – 6 pm
Opening ceremony Saturday at 10:00 am.
