2019 Dakota Nation Winterfest Wacipi
All are welcome at the 21st Annual Dakota Nation Winterfest Wacipi on February 1-3, 2019 at the Keystone Center in Brandon, Manitoba, Canada. The Dakota Nation Winterfest Wacipi attracts First Nations members from across North America. The event includes a powwow (wacipi), and much more: square dancing, hockey, basketball and volleyball tournaments and a wide variety of other entertainment. Dakota Nation Winterfest is considered the largest aboriginal sport and cultural event of its kind under one roof!

Dakota Nation Winterfest Wacipi (and other events) has been proudly hosted by Sioux Valley Dakota Nation since 1998. Join us for a great weekend and celebration of Indigenous Culture and Sport. Sioux Valley contiues to try to host the best event possible year after year and will continue to do so in the future.
