The Annual UC Davis Powwow takes place on the East and West Quad of the UC Davis campus, and is free and open to the public.

This is part of the program of the Cross Cultural Center funded by ASUCD, Office of Campus Community Relations, Student Affairs and partnerships with campus and community organizations. The Planning Committee is composed of student leaders of the powwow planning committee, NASU (Native American Student Union), AIRR (American Indian Recruitment and Retention), Native American Studies Department and the CCC (Cross Cultural Center). Photography is my calling and the thing that will undoubtedly drive me insane someday. I don’t photograph subjects, I photograph the way they make me feel & how I perceive them in my mind’s eye. I often grapple with almost every image I shoot. I presume perfection is achievable and I strive for that in every picture. If that’s all you ever know about me, it’s enough to say you know me very, very well.
