Bost Grist Mill has been serving Cabarrus County and surrounding communities since the early 1800s. From the mill’s beginning on the banks of Rocky River, Bost Mill has continued to serve as a central marketplace for the community. Today, Bost Grist Mill grinds corn into meal and grits with the same stones and techniques used during the 1800s as well as providing an opportunity for visitors to be a part of the mill’s historic past.
