Absolutely perfect for moccasins, shooting bags, saddle bags, half leggings & more! Each side has a nice heavy weight (approx. 4.5 oz) and a beautiful color. The grain side has a light buff to give the leather a similar appearance to elk or deer but without the expense. The gold color is very natural and doesn't have that yellow undertone that is so often associated with commercially tanned leather. These hides are sold by the side which allows you close to 20 sf to achieve many craft projects.
