We do NOT charge your card until your order is ready to ship. You are NEVER charged in advance for items not received.

Return Policy

  • All items must meet your approval or purchase price (less postage) will be refunded.
  • Return the item(s) in original condition within 15 days.
  • Returns must include a copy of your invoice and a statement of your desire for a prompt refund, credit or replacement.
  • We cannot, however, accept any returns made to our warehouse that arrive COD.
  • After 15 days, returns may be subject to restocking charges.


If you do not wish to allow backorders, indicate this in the "Backorder OK?" field in the "Additional Order Info" on the checkout screen.

Currently, we ship an average of 95% of all items ordered with the initial order, and over 90% of orders themselves are shipped complete. We work hard to get items in as soon as possible and we ship them out within 24 hours of receipt. You may cancel a backorder at any time.

International Shipping: We Ship to All Countries

We ship to ALL countries. Countries not on our approved list for Credit Card Orders must prepay by US Money Order (US Dollars) or Wire Transfer.

Countries approved for Credit Card Payments: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Finland, France, France, Metropolitan, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Guam, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Republic Of, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Scotland, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, St. Croix, St. John, St. Martin, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands (British), Virgin Islands (U.S.), Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, Vatican City State (Holy See), Wake Island, Wales

Restricted Countries: Prepaid Orders Only: Unless your country is on the above list for Credit Card Payments, we regret that we can only ship merchandise on a prepaid basis (wire transfer or US Money Order).


Please contact your local customs officials regarding any import duties and taxes prior to placing your order. We have no knowledge or responsibility for any customs duties or taxes. We are required by law to include a commercial invoice with all shipments and we are not allowed to reduce the dollar value on your invoice or mark your package as a "gift".


You are responsible for knowing what you can or cannot order for delivery to your country. These rules are constantly changing, so there is no way for us to be able to guarantee such information.
