This Pendleton Alamosa Blanket pattern was inspired by the Navajo story of Creation, where a barren red island held the first beings, called Air Spirit People. Rivulets of blue represent water, surrounded by diamond shapes that symbolize the sacred Four Directions. Dyed, woven and hand finished in Pendleton, Oregon, for quality that will last a lifetime.
