This is ridiculous. It is a nightmare when it comes to maneuvering through your website. We order on a semi-regular basis from your company and like the products but there should be an obvious place to check orders on your landing page instead of having to spend 10 minutes searching through multiple drop down boxes and then finding that you must have your tracking number which is nowhere to be found. Simplify your website. The fact that it is so detailed only makes it more difficult. I have been through this w/ every single order I have ever placed with you all. By the way this is not the only email address that we use when ordering, so if you decide to check to see how often we order it will only show a portion of our orders.
