Produced by an highly accomplished knifemaker, these fine knives are made of 1095 carbon steel, which is known for its edge holding ability. Each blade is hand forged, hand filed and then heat treated with multiple quenches, the same way the old ones were made.

The handles finely finished curly maple and are selected to enhance and balance the looks of each blade. Each knife comes with its own custom made leather sheath.

Sheaths are hand sewn with linen thread and made of vegetable tan leather so they will not discolor the blades.
