At approx. 16-1/2" long, 2-1/4" wide, and 3/16" thick,
this head is patterned after an original in the Smithsonian
which was collected among the Teton Sioux. It bears some
resemblance to the "dag" blades sold by the Northwest
Company and was most likely commercially made for the Indian
trade. Hand-forged with a polished finish.
