This is the 1770s style Waistcoat that we first introduced. It is a completely authentic Colonial style, collarless waistcoat that is suitable for period dress between 1760-1800. Made from 100% wool and nicely lined in white cotton. Our current regular stock 1770s Waistcoat is a bit different, with some refinements that make it a bit fancier and more functional, so we're offering these few remaining pieces at 25% off! Chest measurements run true to size for the coats and vests but have a tailored fit through the middle. Those of a larger build may want to buy a few sizes larger than their chest measurements.
