Product Details
This is a typical Lehigh Valley / Allentown Style Screw Tip Powder Horn of the type made in that area in the late 18th century. It has been lightly aged, with a darkly stained cherry butt, black horn collar and amber colored tip. This is an airtight, serviceable powder horn made by Master Horner Rex Reddick, and will also make an excellent display piece.
Overall length across is 12-1/2” and 2-5/16” in diameter at the butt.
