Product Details

Processed from either Whitetail or Mule Deer, ours average between 10-12 SF.  This should be plenty of room to acquire 2 good sized drum rounds.  The bleaching process results in a nice, creamy color which is ideal for painted drum heads.  These have a nice weight of 2-3 oz making them very workable.   

Elk rawhide (average 22-25 SF) is larger and better suited for larger drums and parfleches, while the buffalo rawhide (avg. 28 SF) is considerably larger and much heavier & darker in color than the elk rawhide or deer rawhide.
