After a long absence, Stroud cloth is back! Ours is hand dyed from 100% wool and has the characteristic saw tooth edges. This saw tooth pattern is achieved by "saving" the edges so that the dye cannot penetrate the wool. This cloth is highly desireable for early style blankets and garments. Approximate width is 55-56". Since this fabric is hand dyed, there may be some small areas of inconsistent color.
Note: Our Stroud cloth is dyed in 10 meter sections so if you order more than this amount, it will be in 2 pieces.
