Willow Elk Splits (5-13+ sf)

I bought this to cover some knife sheaths with. Elk is usually fairly thick but this stuff is paper thin. I can’t even make a decent medicine bad out of it

I live in Texas, which means that i recieved my order within about 4 days. My first impression was the smell which I thought was kind of nice, like the smell of broken twigs after a rain. The leather itself was a little bit lighter than I expected but I was very impressed with the uniformity and quality. This will make an extremely nice plains style Quiver, and with enough leftover leather to probably make a medicine Pouch or knife sheath. My overall rating is 9/10 and I will likely order again.
