for its edge-holding ability. Each blade is hand forged, hand filed and then heat treated with multiple quenches, the same way the old ones were made. Handles are then selected to balance the knife enhance the looks of each blade.

Our Rifleman's Knife handle is made of select, curly maple and acid stained in the traditional manner. It is a simple scale tang type that was used extensively in the 18th and early 19th centuries.

Sheaths are custom fitted and finished, being hand sewn with linen thread and made of vegetable tan leather so as not to discolor the blades.
